2. No Refund Policy
All payments made for our services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We do not issue refunds for incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.
Cytama is not responsible for application rejections or delays caused by third-party authorities.
No refunds will be provided due to user dissatisfaction after the service has been rendered.
3. Exceptions
While we maintain a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy, in rare cases, we may consider refunds only if:
The service was not initiated due to an error from our end.
A duplicate payment was made for the same service.
The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent (subject to verification).
